A little update from me! 🤍

After an incredible journey with BabyBeats, I’ve decided to take a rest from those classes to focus fully on my clinical work at Flex Pilates and Physiotherapy.

While the things are changing for now, my passion for supporting women and their little ones remains the same.

You can now find me hosting specialised Pre and Postnatal Pilates classes designed to help you feel strong, mobile, and supported through every stage of motherhood.

Coming up this week our new term starts for BabyBeats Sheffield and I cannot wait.

This class is not only award winning but amazing as it’s for you and your baby. We will sing, move, laugh, soothe and bond together ❤️

This all takes place at the community venue with space park, bring your buggy, have a cuppa after class and really get to know your new friends.

Thank you to all the amazing mums and beautiful babies for such a special BabyBeats term 🥰

We moved, we sang, we laughed, and we deepened that precious connection 🤍

We made new friends, hugged old friends, blew all the bubbles 🫧, and enjoyed so much baby yoga and baby massage.

Most importantly… we had FUN 💃👶

So grateful for this community and for sharing these moments with you all. Can’t wait to do it all again 💕
