Wednesday return to league action this weekend, hosting Bromley for the first ever time at Hillsborough.
Here’s all the key information you need ahead of your trip to S6.
ONGOING STADIUM UPGRADES
Supporters attending Hillsborough will continue to see significant upgrades across the stadium, with major strides made ahead of the new season and further improvements ongoing.
The number of beer taps across the South Stand and Kop has more than doubled, while new frictionless-service e-bars have already been installed to improve speed of service and reduce queuing times.
Work to enhance our food and beverage operation remains ongoing. We understand there have been challenges around food availability and service while we await the delivery and installation of new catering equipment, alongside the completion of essential power upgrades across the stadium.
These improvements represent a significant programme of work and, once complete, will enable us to substantially improve both the availability and quality of food throughout Hillsborough.
We appreciate supporters’ patience in the interim. A significant amount of work continues behind the scenes, with new equipment, upgraded power infrastructure and further enhancements being delivered as quickly as possible.
ARRIVE EARLY
Turnstiles will open from 1:30pm ahead of kick-off.
To help alleviate congestion and improve the supporter experience, we encourage all fans to arrive as early as possible and allow sufficient time to enter the stadium.
Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to welcoming you back to Hillsborough this weekend!

Sil Swinkels is set for a spell on the sidelines with a hamstring injury.
The defender suffered the setback in the midweek cup-tie with Wolves at Hillsborough.
Manager Henrik Pedersen is expecting to be without the summer recruit for three to four weeks.
“Sil will be out for three to four weeks. He has been very strong throughout pre-season and in the friendlies, he has tactically improved a lot in his short time with us but we will be without him for a few weeks now.”

Kieran Morrison is determined to make the most of his opportunity with Wednesday after making his first start in Tuesday night’s Carabao Cup-tie against Wolves.
The young winger impressed during his first appearance at Hillsborough and Morrison came away from the game hungry for more minutes.
“I’m not happy with the result, but we’ve got to move on,” he explained. “I want to show the fans what I can do. They’ve seen a little glimpse of it and hopefully they’re going to see some more of it soon.”
His decision to join the Owls was influenced by the size of the club, the supporters and the opportunity to play regular first-team football.
“The history and the fans. It’s a massive, massive club,” he said.
“When Henrik was interested in me, I didn’t have any second thoughts, to be fair. I know that I will get a lot of game time in this team. He said that to me, he sold me his idea of the game.
“I just want to play and do what’s best for me, the team and the fans.
“I want to get as many 1v1s as possible. That’s what I love – getting the ball and driving at people. Hopefully, I can do more of that as the season goes on.
“I’m hoping I can start my first league game on Saturday and help us get the victory against Bromley.”
