A recent trip to Norway I walked up to the Briksdal glacier. It was a stunning thing to see how much it had receded up the valley in the last few decades

Guccio has it's first hiccup. The dipstick broke and the top came off so it's spat a bunch of oil on the engine.

An early morning start as day was breaking saw these three trees and the woodland giving me a gentle directional pointer.
Which way are the trees pointing?...

Clue: the trees are quite exposed and being bent in line by the wind. Which direction does the wind predominantly blow from-to in the uk?

Just because you can never get enough knot practice.
I always hear the line "I'm rubbish at knots"!

My week in the lakes has been an eventful one. The drive up was dry and sunny, attempting to lull me into a false sense of security. It was wet all week. With just enough sun to mostly dry out before the next down pour.
We bagged a few hills and a night in a Bothy following a late night hill climb in the dark.
