Lion hunting and dare I say Pokémon hunting too whilst bringing all the good energy.

RUBBER DINGHY RAPIDS!

Just the four lions last Wednesday on our chatty 5k trot.

Another great chatty run with the gang in the heat. Could be another warm one this coming Wednesday.

Who's in for a chatty plod around the Steel City? More lions and lionesses may be included in the route 😁

Hunting season has begun in the and South Yorkshire as the started on Monday.

Tonight's route took us into the heat of the steel city to see how many lions, lionesses and cubs we could spot.

A very gentle, relaxed route. Plenty of waking points and plenty of stops too along the way to read all about the sculptures.

We welcomed Jonathan for the best first time tonight 👋🏻😁 Hope you enjoyed your run with us.

Wednesday evenings are for talking and running.

A rather twisty route last night with the gang who also tackled frog walk....from top to bottom. I think we all agreed it was easier going up rather than down 🤣

Five and a half years in and this group still amazes me!!

Whilst regular leader Ash (me) has been absent, the group have still met up, still chatted and still ran. Lead by the incredible .yorkshire 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Last night however we did have to cancel due to no run leaders being available. Despite this, the gang still got together for a plod up to a local park and back 👍🏻

No run leaders, no problem 😁

Back again next week for a chatty 5k and a twist on one of our regular routes 🐸🐸🐸

Daylight running is BACK here at RTR Sheffield.

More routes now become accessible and hopefully the short sleeves will be out again soon.

We welcome new faces, returning faces and regular faces. No pressure, no coaching, just a gentle 5k at whatever pace we need to go at.

Still running in the dark. But not for much longer. Clocks spring forward at the weekend which means we'll be able to make use of the park soon 🥳🥳
