Yesterday we danced at Traquair House, and there is something truly special about a bigger space.

People had room to sit quietly by themselves or with a tree, to walk, to run, to lay on the earth, to close their eyes — and of course, to dance. No pressure. Just freedom.

All of us held together by the thread of music and our shared willingness to celebrate. 🌿

This is what Cacao & Dance is about. Not a performance. Not a class. Just humans, moving freely, remembering how good it feels to be alive.
