The Wistow 10K is the Selby Striders’ biggest event of the year, over a flat, fast course.

They will be there nice and early from 8.30am.

They will be hanging about after the race too so if drinks are not part of your pre race plan, they can certainly be part of your post race plan 😉

Whether you smashed a PB, enjoyed every mile, battled through the last few kilometres, or simply crossed that finish line with a massive smile (and probably very tired legs 😂)…

We know how much goes into getting to that start line…

…the early mornings, the training runs, the long miles and the days when you really couldn’t be bothered!
