And that's a wrap on an incredible weekend in Bridlington! From the morning session right through to the final races this afternoon, our Selby Tiger Sharks have given it absolute 110%.
Between the fantastic swims, the poolside dancing, and the legendary UNO battles, it’s been a weekend to remember. Huge congratulations to all of our swimmers- you've made the club so proud! 🥇👏

We are having an absolute blast at the Bridlington Summer Splash weekend gala!
You really can’t beat a gala with a stunning sea view right on the seafront!
The racing has been incredible, but the fun doesn’t stop when the swimmers leave the pool. Our team is keeping the proud Tiger Sharks traditions alive and well this weekend with plenty of competitive UNO matches and epic dance-offs!
Good luck to everyone racing for the rest of the weekend- let's keep those fins moving!

What a turnout at our Swimming Nutrition Sessions yesterday!
Huge thanks to Dr Debbie Smith Nutrition from Leeds Beckett University for running our swimming nutrition workshops.
During their session, our swimmers got hands-on with practical tips for fueling their training. Then, our parents got the inside track on how to support their swimmer, in a separate dedicated session.
Fueling champions the optimum way! Hope you are all going to try and put the ideas into practise this week!

Amber definitely had her game face on today at the North East Regional Championships… she qualified for the 50m Butterfly final and finished 9th! Amazing job Amber- we are all so proud of you! 🤩
