The Men's Pairs concluded this morning with Rob and Phil starting 6-2 up against Cheis and Henry.
Rob and Phil were on it from the off and ran out dominant winners!
Well done, guys 💚 Thats all the club competitions over with. Thanks to everyone for their support.

A massive thank you to Maureen and Peter who marked the singles finals, and a thank you to our President Mike, who not only cooked breakfast and lunch for everyone, then went on to mark the Club Championship Final. Thanks to everyone who came down and showed support in the games, its much appreciated by the players... 💚

Club Championship, it was Sian taking on 2025 Club Champion Tony.
Tony got off to another great start, but Sian came back and got it to 12-9. Tony, having been consistent all day, playing well, got his head down and saw out the rest of the game with some fantastic bowling! What a great match it was to watch. A very well done to Sian making her first Club Championship, I'm sure there will be more to come... and a big well done to our Back to Back Champion Tony 🏆

What an afternoon of bowling we witnessed this morning and afternoon.
In the Ladies Singles we would have a new name on the Winners Board. Sue took on Sian in what was Sians second final in as many years. Sian got off to a great start but Sue came back at her putting a few ends together. Sian would eventually see the game out and become Ladies Singles Champion for the 1st time.
In the Mens Singles it was Stewart V Jennings IV. Tony got off to a flying start but Henry came back and took the lead 14-12. Jennings held his nerve and carried on playing some great woods to get back in front and see the game out to win his 3rd Singles title!
A great game to watch, both players bowled fantastically.
Commiserations to both Sue and Henry for playing your part in some great games amd big well done to Sian and Tony who would meet in the Club Championship Game! 💚

Last night saw the Mens Pairs abandoned after 6 ends with Rob and Phil 6-2 up agains Chris and Henry.
Match will conclude from 10am tomorrow morning.

Thursday after saw Maureen back in action again, as she partnered Simon in the Drawn Mixed Pairs.
They were up against in form Ken and Val.
After 18 ends and light rain fall, it was Maureen and Simon who took the win. Great effort by all involved 👏🏼

Wednesday evening saw the Mixed Pairs final.
Maureen and Tony, unbeaten in almost 4 years trying to make it 4 in a row we're up against Hayley and Phil...
Game was end to end with both sides taking the lead on several occasions but it came down to the 18th end and Phil drew in a couple to take the win. Congratulations Hayley and Phil 👏🏼

On Monday evening we had the mixed triples. Winners were the dream team of Maureen, Phil and Henry. It was a close game up until the last end. Jean, Ken and John a very well played game just unfortunate against some strong opposition!

A big well done to Henry this afternoon, as he makes it back to back 2-Wood Champion.
Commiserations to Stephen, it was a tough, fast rink today....
