💪WANT TO BELAY YOUR CHILD?🧗

Does your child love climbing at Street Rocks, and you’d like to be able to belay them yourself?

Our Learn to Belay sessions are aimed specifically at parents, carers and guardians who want to learn the skills needed to safely belay their young climber.

We’ll take you through everything you need to know, including:
🔹 Setting up and using a belay device
🔹 Partner checks and communication
🔹 Managing the rope safely
🔹 Lowering your child safely
🔹 Building confidence through plenty of practical practice

No climbing experience is needed — just a willingness to learn and help your child climb!

Once you’ve got the skills and confidence, you can belay your own child and enjoy climbing together.

💥 KIDS CLIMBING IS BACK! 💥

The summer holidays have flown by, and our Street Rocks Kids Climbing Clubs are getting ready to get back on the wall!

Whether they’re already climbing with us or they’re completely new to climbing, our sessions are a brilliant way for kids to:

Build confidence & new skills, Get active and challenge themselves & Most importantly have loads of fun!

Term-time sessions (Commencing Monday 7th September)

Mondays – 4–5pm & 5–6pm
Thursdays – 4–5pm
Saturdays – 10–11am & 11:30am–12:30pm

Booking in advance is advised as spaces can fill quickly.

☀️ That’s a wrap on another brilliant FEAST summer! 🧗‍♂️

From making new friends and learning new skills, to smashing down barriers, creating board games and coming up with some seriously crazy pizza creations — it’s been a summer packed with fun, laughter and plenty of new experiences.

We’ve climbed, cooked, created, played, challenged ourselves and, most importantly, had a brilliant time together.

Huge well done to everyone who joined us — you’ve smashed it! 👏

And finally a MASSIVE THANKYOU from all of us here at Street Rocks. It’s been a summer to remember!

At Street Rocks, we’re passionate about helping young people build confidence both on and off the wall. That’s why we’re proud to be working alongside the National Literacy Trust, combining the adventure of climbing with the joy of reading.

Climbing challenges our bodies, while books challenge our imaginations. Together they help develop confidence, resilience, problem-solving, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Whether it’s reaching the next hold or turning the next page, every step is an opportunity to grow.

The amazing Cheryl joined us on one of our FEAST sessions to help the kids create their own board games, while exploring the importance of literacy and getting excited about reading, writing and learning.

Don't be fooled by "Fully Booked"! 👀

If you've applied for one of our FEAST Indoor Climbing & Pizza Workshops and it's showing as fully booked, don't panic, this just means we haven't allocated spaces yet!

Spaces are allocated around 2–3 weeks before each session, so you'll be contacted closer to the date if you've been successful.
