V has had this skill for a little while now, but hasn’t quite had the confidence to take it off the crash mat… until tonight! 🔥

Tonight, she absolutely smashed it and put it straight onto the floor! 🙌

And clearly that was all the confidence she needed because she was UNSTOPPABLE from there! 🤩 In the final 5 minutes of the session, she even pulled out her round-off back handspring on the floor!

What a breakthrough! So proud of her, confidence unlocked! 💪✨

What a great end to our summer camps with yesterday’s Tumble & Fun Day! 🎉🤸‍♀️

It sure was a hot one ☀️, but with plenty of drink breaks and ice pops, we kept cool and had SO much fun! 🍦💦

Friday night tumbling 💪✨

We love working on drills before moving on to the full skills! It’s so important to get the technique right before throwing the skill, but drills also help build confidence in our athletes.

That confidence makes such a difference — when athletes feel comfortable with the movement and trust their technique, they often need less spotting as they work towards perfecting the skill. 🙌

What a fantastic week at our Cheerleading Summer Camp! 🌟

It was amazing to see so many new faces joining both FNT and the world of cheerleading. Everyone worked so hard throughout the day, learning a brand-new routine and working together as a team to prepare for their end-of-day performance.

We had so much fun, made lots of new memories, and couldn’t be prouder of this incredible group of cheerleaders. Thank you to everyone who came along and made the day so special – we can’t wait to see you all again soon! 💙📣

We had the best time yesterday at our tumble and fun day. We spend the day laughing, playing Lego, tumbling, playing dodgeball, bracket making, origami, colouring and playing lots more games. Here is a sneaky peak at just a fraction of what we got up to!
