Our Gym is clean, spacious and packed with modern equipment with a full range of cardio equipment,plate loaded and pin loaded machines and friendly staff always happy to see you again. Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle or simply to keep fit, at Elite Physique Training you will find all the equipment you will ever need to help you achieve that goal.

Please note 4am will not be live till Wednesday morning because of the bank holiday

Monday-Friday 4am-11pm
Staff hours 9am-9.30pm
LAST ENTRY 10.30 must be out the gym by 11pm

When staff leave in the evenings DO NOT open any windows or doors ❌ ❌ ❌

WEEKEND HOURS
Saturday and Sunday 4am-9pm
Last entry 8.30pm need to be out the gym by 9pm

PLEASE respect the gym put weights back bottles etc in the bins act accordingly keep up the good work

AIR CONDITIONING/ HEATING UPDATE

All parts have finally arrived now with our installers they we will coming this Monday 31st and will be on site till Friday
Exciting news by the end of next week we will not only have air conditioning but these units also do heat we will have you covered going forwards

Invested a lot over last year gym floor looking great with all of the top brands .official
Next investment coming very soon is the air conditioning update all the electrical work got completed last week now just waiting on dates for the engineers to come in to do the installation these new units obviously to the air con side but also heat in the winter we got you covered what ever the weather 🌦️ 💪
