Great focus and effort from our children’s karate class this week as they practised their kata and basics! 👊✨

The class worked hard on technique, concentration, and strong karate fundamentals while having lots of fun and supporting each other along the way. 🌟

Our Monday Mini Dragons took on a new challenge this week — practising Juruken for the very first time and learning how to hit the bag! 💥👊

The class showed amazing focus, confidence, and plenty of energy while building their karate skills. We’re so proud of how brave and determined everyone was! 🌟
