In martial arts, self-control isn’t just about controlling your kicks and punches, it starts with learning to control your mind, body and emotions.

Our Self Control Test gives students the opportunity to be completely still, focus on their breathing and block out the distractions around them.

It may look simple, but these quiet moments help develop focus, emotional regulation, patience and body awareness, skills that can make a huge difference both inside and outside of the dojo.

Because martial arts isn’t just about creating stronger martial artists. It’s about developing stronger, more confident young people.
