Early prostate cancer often doesn't show any symptoms at all.

You don't need to wait for a sign, and you certainly don't need to feel embarrassed about having a quick, simple chat with your GP. It’s a standard, everyday check for them, and it could quite literally save your life.

This is exactly why we run, walk, and stand together for Race For Men. We’re raising awareness, breaking the silence, and making sure no one faces this alone.

So, if you’ve been putting it off or feeling unsure: make that appointment. Do it for yourself, do it for your family, and do it for the lads. 💙
