A belated check in, I am currently in Italy on Emily yoga retreat and somehow missed it was Sunday yesterday 🤣

Hope you all had a lovely weekend and I hear that 125 of you managed to join Yoga and infant/baby massage teacher - Salisbury, Wiltshire Park Yoga in Salisbury 🥰

Leah is running classes for me at Ed Lodge until I return - as well as this mornings class (Monday), Leah will also be running a Hatha class on Wednesday evening at 6pm, you can book via www.bookwhen.com/emilybyoga 🙏

I’ll be back in the studio on Thursday for 10am Hatha Flow and then onto final Park Yoga of 2026 on Sunday, 9.30am Lizzy Gardens 🥰😭

Hope you’ve had a great bank holiday weekend - can’t believe it’s the last day of August already!

So a shorter week this week and pretty busy at the Ed Lodge Studio:

On Friday I’m heading off with a beautiful group of yogis to our five night Italian retreat, so the lovely Yoga and infant/baby massage teacher - Salisbury, Wiltshire will be running Park Yoga on Sunday 6th and also Monday 10am and Wednesday 6pm Hatha Flow classes at Ed Lodge next week - I’ll be back teaching from Thursday morning.

After teaching Park Yoga in Salisbury yesterday, I flew off to Mallorca for a few days break with some friends and am leaving you in the very capable hands of Yoga and infant/baby massage teacher - Salisbury, Wiltshire and at The Ed Lodge Studio this week 🙏

You can join Leah on Monday at 10am (today!) & Wednesday at 6, or you can join Louise on Thursday at 10 ☺️

I’ll be back at Park Yoga on Sunday and back in the studio next week.
