A little message for everyone ❤️
Some of you will already know (because you’re still waiting to hear back from me!) that I’m a little behind on my messages at the moment.

I’m usually pretty good at getting back to everyone, even if it’s just to let you know I’ve received your message, I’m working through dates, and I’ll be back in touch as soon as I can.

However, my diary is getting very full. I’m currently booked up throughout September and am now booking appointments around mid-October. On top of that, the nights are drawing in, and the daylight hours will soon be working against us! 🌅

Please remember that I’m a one-woman band, and there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes. As well as managing messages and my diary, I’m out and about fitting saddles, carrying out repairs and additional work that may be needed during appointments (making sure your saddles are safe and in the optimum set up), sourcing saddles for appointments, organising deliveries and collections, and keeping on top of all the admin that comes with it.
And, of course, I’m also a mum to a toddler and have a family who would quite like to see me every now and then, too!❤️

I really do appreciate your patience and understanding. I’m hoping to get back to everyone within the next 24 hours, but if you haven’t heard from me, please do send me a little prompt! It won’t offend me at all, and it will help make sure I haven’t accidentally missed your message.

I am looking for some specific saddles for some clients, please get in touch if you have the following available either to sell on commission basis or outright purchase.

Looking for second hand - limited budgets so we are happy with some superficial wear and tear, but must be sound.

1- 17” GFS Monarch Jump - Black
2- 17” Arena Dual Flap Jump - Black
3- 17.5” Albion K2 Warmblood Tree GP - Brown

📩 Also, taking other saddles on sale on commission basis, so if you do have a saddle for sale all sizes up to 17.5” considered however preferably newer model saddles please do get in touch with pictures and an idea of price!

I haven’t posted in ages, I’ve just not had the time as you have all been keeping me wonderfully busy!

🪡 You all know how much I love saddle fitting, however, I think Wednesday’s are becoming a favourite day of mine. I’ve been saying for a while I need a dedicated day to do workshop and admin bits and it is so lovely spending my morning in the workshop, focusing on saddlery and repairs.

🐎 This morning included a headcollar clip repair, racing breastplate repair, adjustments to two beautiful saddles and a very important repair of the little persons shoe!

Back down later today to re-lace in the saddles, repair a grackle and a very important head collar 🌟

On the note of being busy… my diary is currently pretty full until mid-late September, so if you are needing a check please get in touch 📩

🕰️ It’s been a little while since I have posted anything on social media, but honestly I’ve not had the time to plan and post content!

🗓️ This is a post to update everyone that my July diary is full and with summer holidays approaching, August is already filling fast too…

📩 Please get in touch ASAP, if you are needing an appointment or going to be due a re-check in the next couple of months and not to leave it until last minute.

📝 I am happy booking further in advance if you want to be organised and I do have a cancellation list so please let me know if you would like to be put on the list as well as having a date in.

📣There is also another update coming on pricing, which will be effective from all appointments from September, this is purely to bring all pricing into alignment since going VAT registered at the start of the year.

🎉 Thank you all for keeping me so busy, I am incredibly grateful for the feedback and support, and fingers crossed we all survive the next few days of heat ☀️

Firstly a big thank you to all my clients who have been understanding while I had to rearrange appointments over the last few days due to a poorly toddler.

☀️Secondly… A little advance warning that I’ll be taking a week off from 22nd–28th June. My intention is to have a completely work-free week, so any messages received during that time will be replied to from Monday 29th June onwards.

🗓️ With being away, my diary is also getting very full! I’m already booking into mid/late July, and August for summer holidays so please do not leave appointments until the last minute if you’d like to secure a slot.

📩 I think I have managed to get back to all my messages so far. There are a couple to send first thing this morning but if you have sent me a message and I’ve not got back to you by lunchtime, please send another.

📣 In other news, now that I’m holding a few more items in stock, including girths, I’m hoping to expand this further to include stirrups, stirrup leathers, and other accessories. My website is currently getting a bit of a revamp to include an online shop.

It’s a slightly slow process because it’s just me doing it all (although if anyone would like to help, please shout! 😅), but there are already some items listed, including ex-demo girths, new stock, and I’m gradually adding saddles too.

📦 I will be placing another order shortly for some extra girths as a few have already sold! So if there is anything specific you would like from the Shires range, please get in touch and I can order it in for you.

Finally, I’ve had a weekend off and some time to get the workshop sorted.

It went from questioning my life choices to looking forward to getting back into it and getting on top of overdue repairs!

📩 After a busy and long couple of days fitting this weekend, I have a backlog of messages, emails and comments to get back to… please know, I have seen them, I have picked them up I will get back to everyone tomorrow. No one wants to hear from me at 10pm on a Sunday night! 😴

Thank you everyone for being patient with replies.

We have had a fabulous time away on holiday, a much needed rest and time spent with family.

It will be all systems go tomorrow but for now I’ll be enjoying one last evening off!

🚨📣ADVANCED NOTICE📣🚨

I will be away taking a little break to spend some well needed time with my family from Friday 17th until Monday 20th April.

Messages received between these dates will not be responded to until Tuesday 21st.

I am currently working through messages at the moment and will aim to get back to messages by Thursday evening, after this work messages will be put to one side (I only have one phone for work and personal use currently, so politely they will be ignored but left unread or please save sending them until next week!).

Diary update - May dates are fast filling 🫠 and happy to start booking into June, please get booked in early and well in advance because you wonderful people are keeping me very busy!
