💕 Favourite Things About Parkwood:
- The community! Everyone is so welcoming, driven and passionate! I'm inspired everytime I use the gym!
- The weights section. My favourite exercises all involve dumbbells, so having such an accessible variety of weights has truly supported my goals!
- The Wood Bar - I love a sweet treat after the gym.
- My Mum, Judy, who also works at Parkwood!
