This Saturday, February 7, we begin the first London session of the 2026 Inner Awakening Journey.

Inspired by the quiet strength and inward focus of the scorpion, this day of Himalayan Hatha Yoga invites us to slow down, listen inward, and refine the practice with care, clarity, and awareness.

Through intelligent alignment and subtle energetic work, the practice supports steadiness and inner awakening.

These master classes are open to all levels of practitioners and teachers. You are welcome to join for the full day, or choose morning or afternoon.
