💛 THANK YOU TO Clare & Darren! 💛

Wow… I’m honestly a little lost for words! The incredible amount of hard work these two have put in has been absolutely amazing, especially while Clare was waiting for her operation. ❤️

I’ve actually yet to see it all in person and the suspense has nearly finished me off! 😂 So I cannot wait to get back and see what they’ve been up to.

And WOW… what they have done! 🥹

👃🐾 LET THEM SNIFF! 🐾👃

When your dog comes to Fieldtastic, don’t worry if their first priority isn’t running around… it might be getting their nose to work! 😂

For dogs, sniffing is so much more than just having a little smell. Their noses are incredible, and taking time to sniff, investigate and follow all those fascinating scents is a really important part of how they experience the world. 🌿🐶

A good sniff can help to:
🐾 provide mental stimulation
🐾 encourage natural behaviour
🐾 help them explore and gather information
🐾 keep their brains busy
🐾 make their walk more enriching and enjoyable

So if your dog stops every few steps to investigate a particularly interesting patch of grass… let them! ❤️

You might think, “Come on, we haven't got all day!” 😂

But for your dog, that patch of grass could be the equivalent of reading the morning newspaper! 📰🐕

At Fieldtastic, there’s no need to rush. Let them wander, sniff, explore and enjoy their time in their own way.

Because sometimes the best part of a walk isn’t how far you go…
it’s all the fascinating smells you discover along the way! 👃🌱🐾

Just a reminder that the Em-paw-rium in the field has lots of stock so feel free to have a browse. All donations go to Stour Valley Dog Rescue Such an excellent cause that helps so many dogs get a new start in life. These two enjoyed their bit of retail therapy sniffing out a bargain.

🐾 And then there were the last visitors… ❤️

A little piece of Barntastic history right here… 🥹

These gorgeous fur babies had the very last play at Barntastic before we closed the doors for good. 🐶❤️

From the ball pit to the jumps, they certainly knew how to make the most of their final visit! 😂🐾

What a special way to finish, happy dogs, waggy tails and lots of fun right until the very end.

So, a little shout-out to our Barntastic final visitors… you officially hold a very special place in Barntastic history! 🥰🐾❤️

Great reasons to visit Fieldtastic!

1. You and your dog can enjoy a stress free walk together in beautiful surroundings.

2. Using the field to train your dog without fear of distractions. An excellent way to move training from home to an outside environment but without fear of other dogs and people before attempting the big wide world.

3. If your dog is recovering from surgery or an injury the field is the ideal place to provide gentle exercise.

4. Being able to totally relax and play with your dog.

5. Your dog can play ball, frisbee, use the equipment or just have a great time sniffing and wandering around the field.

6. For the owners there is complimentary tea and coffee, cold drinks can be bought and at times yummy bakes from Chilmark Bake Co.

What is not to love? The list is endless but let’s hear the things you love doing with your dog(s) at Fieldtastic.

😂⏰ Guess who’s made an appearance at Fieldtastic?
I couldn’t bear to leave Barntastic’s clock behind, so I’ve given it a new home in the V.I.P. Hut! 🏡🐾
It may have retired from the barn, but clearly this clock wasn’t ready for retirement just yet! 😂
So if you’re wondering what time it is while enjoying your coffee, watching the dogs have fun and soaking up the Fieldtastic vibes… Barntastic time is officially ticking again! ⏰💙

I was standing by the memorial tree last night, looking at all those precious names and remembering the love behind each one. ❤️🐾

Then I looked up… and the sky was absolutely beautiful. 🌅💗

It felt like one of those quiet little moments that makes you stop, take a breath and just feel. Perhaps it was a little reminder that although they may no longer be running beside us, the love they left behind is always there. ✨

Every name on that tree represents a much-loved dog, a family, a story and a heart that was forever changed by them.

And last night, beneath that beautiful pink sky, it felt rather special. 🌈🐾

Forever loved. Never forgotten. Always part of our Fieldtastic family. 💚

✨ A LITTLE FIELD MAGIC IS HAPPENING… ✨

You may notice a few bits missing from the field this weekend… 👀🐾

Don’t panic, the Jump Fairy 🧚‍♀️ has been and whisked our jumps away to Jump Fairy Land! 🌈✨

They’ve been looking a little tired after all their adventures, so they’re off for some much-needed TLC, a little sprinkle of magical glitter ✨, and hopefully they’ll come back looking as good as new and ready for plenty more jumping fun! 🐶💨

And while the jumps are away, the Fieldtastic haircut has also happened! ✂️🌿

The field has had a little trim to show off its beauty, because even our field likes to look its best! 😍🌱

So if things look a little different this weekend… you haven’t wandered into the wrong field! 😂

Okay… we’ll admit it… we’re not exactly excited about the rain! 😂☔️

But look at Fieldtastic! 😍🌱

After weeks of sunshine and dry weather, that lovely rain has worked its magic and our grass is starting to turn GREEN! 💚💚💚

And whilst we’re walking around thinking “Do we really have to go out in this?” 😂… our four-legged visitors are absolutely loving it! 🐶🌧️

Happy dogs, happy grass and a very happy Fieldtastic field! 🌱🐾
