Some great numbers hit, lots of PBs and improvements and some firsts in competition, well done everyone

The goal of today was to create another opportunity for people to lift and compete in a less intimidating environment and encourage some of our newer lifters to give competition a go
Everyone did a great job so today was a success! Well done guys🤩
