Both Harriet & Ash are on holiday next week, but don’t worry - your Wednesday night ((BOUNCE)) is still ON! 🙌🏼

We are SUPER excited to welcome Laura to takeover for the week❤️
Laura owns ((BOUNCE)) Andover and was actually the previous owner of ((BOUNCE)) Salisbury and the person who first got Harriet started on her ((BOUNCE)) journey, so you’re in very good hands! 🥰

Everything is going ahead as usual — just no BARBELLS next Tuesday.

✨ A little ((B)) update! ✨

We’ve made a change to our bulk-buy passes to give you even more flexibility 🙌

Previously, our 10-class pass had to be used within 60 days. That’s now changed! 🎉

💥 ALL bulk-buy passes now have 365 days to be used.

So whether you grab a 10-class pass or a 20-class pass, you’ve now got loads more flexibility to use your classes around holidays, busy weeks, life… basically, whenever works for you!

And the more classes you buy, the cheaper each class works out - so you still get the best value by buying in bulk, but without the pressure of trying to use them within a short timeframe.

Perfect for anyone who knows they’re going to be bouncing with us regularly but doesn’t want to commit to a weekly booking 💗

As always, PAYG is still available too!

A little behind the scenes from our team CPD day at the weekend 👀

Keeping things local, we spent the day doing our virtual training together, getting our planning sorted… and obviously making time for lunch.

There were some very questionable marketing photos, plenty of ugly laughing and a LOT of new choreography to get our heads around.

Fresh tracks, fresh routines and a fresh September ahead.

We’re so excited to bring the new tracks into classes this month and we want you there with us!

A little update for our Hampton Park classes:

You may have noticed some changes around Hampton Park Pavilion, with building works due to begin shortly.

We’ve only been made aware of the works at very short notice ourselves, and unfortunately we weren’t given the opportunity to notify you sooner. We’re really sorry for the lack of communication and any confusion this may have caused.

We’re currently working with the Pavilion and Parish Council to make sure there is minimal disruption to our classes and that our equipment can be stored safely throughout the works.

At this stage, classes are going ahead as planned and there is no need to change anything about your booking.

We’ll keep you updated if anything changes, but please rest assured that we’re doing everything we can behind the scenes to keep your classes running as normally as possible.

We’re bringing Salisbury & Tidworth together for our Christmas social this year!

Our Barbells class is often misunderstood. It’s not about lifting huge weights or being the strongest in the room.

It’s lighter weights, higher reps and a full body workout that you can make work for you.

Our classes are purposefully small, welcoming and genuinely suitable for all abilities and ages. Whether you’re completely new to weights or have been training for years, you can work at your own pace and choose the right level for you.

SEPTEMBER TIMETABLE UPDATE✨

((B)) Salisbury Class Timetable 2026!

Tuesday
- ((B)) BARBELLS | 20:00 - 20:45

Wednesday
- ((BOUNCE)) | 19:30 - 20:30

What are these class types?

((BOUNCE)) is our original class type. A 1 hour workout consisting of 45 minutes of bouncing to choreographed tracks and 15 minutes of toning. High intensity but low impact and suitable for all abilities✨

BARBELLS is our workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean and defined. Using very light weights alongside high repetitions the theory is the ‘exhaust your muscles so you don’t get bulky’ but you do increase strength and tone for a total full body workout🏋🏻‍♀️

Our occasional pop up classes:

BLAST is exactly the same as ((B)) however it is a shorter class of only 45 minutes with optional handweights✨

BEATS provides a holistic workout but targets the upper body through use of our weighted drumsticks. Add in some carnival inspired music and you’ll find a whole new ((B)) love you didn’t know you were missing😜

✨ Meet Ash! ✨

Allow us to re-introduce one of our wonderful Salisbury instructors! 💕

Ash has been teaching ((BOUNCE)) since 2023 and is a firm believer that movement should = joy. She brings so much energy and encouragement to every class, making sure you leave feeling better than when you arrived!

When she’s not project managing or bouncing, you’ll probably find her baking something delicious, currently deep in her sourdough era, or happiest of all out on a hike. 🫶🥖🥾

We’re so lucky to have Ash as part of the ((BOUNCE)) team! 💕
