Mid Cheshire 5k, afew of our seniors got lucky with the weather and pulled out some amazing times 💨

Congratulations to our U12, U10 team who competed in a quadrathlon at the end of July hosted by Leigh harriers.
The event was a great night of fun with friends in which Salford met athlete’s showcased their talent and came away with lots of medals. The last event of the competition our girls relay team took the win in a dramatic fashion which had parents all on their feet!

A very rewarding day for all involved and something we are proud as a club to be part of and support ❤️

Belinda is now in the final stretch of her incredible challenge! just 18 miles remaining of her 100-mile journey for Moya Cole Hospice.

She’s already shown unbelievable strength, pushing through a knee injury and exhaustion! all while staying focused on the cause that means so much to her: supporting patients and families receiving end-of-life care.

Well done to all our juniors that have taken part in the Salford schools primary Athletics.
Special mention to Izzy and Benjamin who have both broken the year5 100m meet record 💪

Success for our Zac in Madeira where his hard work and dedication paid off once again.
Competing in the lower end of the U15 age cat at the European biathle championships he earned himself a fabulous individual silver and gold in both the team event and mixed relay where his run really left the rest of the field without any chance of catching up!

We are all very proud of Zac and are loving being part of his journey.

Thank you to Dayle, claire and Mike for their commitment to coaching which has been structured for this event.. them 800 repeats on tired legs paid off! 🔥
