CLASS IS ON TOMORROW
It's set to be hotter than the face of the sun this week (true fact) but class is on and we'll be taking some precautions to keep us all safe 😎
💧 Make sure you drink water throughout the day and bring some with you
🧊 Consider freezing your bottle then you have a homemade (if tasteless) slushie for class!
🩳 Wear the shorts! And loose clothes
🥵 Bring a towel/flannel (consider freezing this for a bit beforehand)
🕖 We're taking it lower, with more toning and breaks
⬇️ We can hopefully move to the downstairs room
🌬 We have fans!
