Another one flies the nest 🥹

Our lovely Mia Jo has officially flown the KNT Danceworks nest...I’ve taught Mia Jo since she was just 5 years old, so I’ve had the privilege of watching her grow from a tiny dancer in class into the wonderful young woman she is today. Most of you will know her as one of our lovely receptionists.

It’s one of the loveliest parts of running a dance school to watch children grow up, but it also makes saying goodbye that little bit harder.

Mia, thank you for everything you’ve brought to KNT Danceworks over the years. I'm incredibly proud of you and can’t wait to see what you get up to!

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A CLASS ASSISTANT!

We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable and confident with young children to join the KNT Danceworks team and help with our Saturday morning classes in Handforth.

This could be a great role for someone who loves dance and enjoys working with children... we’d particularly love to hear from any of our adult dancers who might be interested!

We’re looking for someone who:
→ Is available on Saturday mornings
→ Is confident and enthusiastic around children aged 3–7
→ Has an interest in dance
→ Has an Enhanced DBS, or is willing to obtain one
→ Can travel to Handforth each week
→ Is friendly, dependable and happy to get stuck in!

The role will involve supporting the teacher during classes, helping our younger dancers and making sure everyone feels happy and included.

ALWAYS WANTED TO TRY BALLET?

This is your chance! Our 4-week Intro to Ballet course is designed especially for adults who are completely new to ballet or want to go right back to basics.

No previous experience needed and no pressure to keep up with an established class... we'll start with the foundations and build from there in a small, supportive group.
