As a coach, I have never settled for average, not for my athletes, and certainly not for my own coaching or personal development.
My goal has always been simple: to help every person I coach reach the highest level they are capable of. Whether you're an RX athlete, intermediate, or complete beginner, everyone deserves coaching that is tailored to their needs and designed to help them improve.
I firmly believe that the day I stop learning and developing as a coach is the day I retire.
Continuous growth has always been at the heart of my coaching philosophy, and it's a mindset I strive to pass on to every athlete I work with.
Progress doesn't come from settling, it comes from constantly raising the standard, embracing the process, and never stopping the pursuit of improvement.
