Here’s what we offer -

Lying flat on your back and lift your head, shoulders and feet off the ground while pressing your lower back down (plastic cone optional!).

For a core strength boost and an sculpted 6-pack, repeat 10-20 second holds 3-4 times, on 4 days per week.

Our trainer utilised both the big and small tyres for a full body workout this week 💪

Whatever the weather, Bootcamp is on… even in a heatwave🔥

Our trainers make sure that the sessions are safe by finding some shade, building in extra breaks for a bit of a rest and to take on plenty of water 💦💦💦

There are so many moments we could have shared from our party at on Saturday, but here’s just a few pics from the big event 🥳 💪 💦 🍻

As always, there was a huge turnout of members (along with kids and dogs), ready to have fun. The weather, promise of food and of course the England v Norway match ⚽️ in the evening increased the anticipation and excitement!!

We are a not-for-profit club run by its members for its members. Of course we turn up to sessions every week to workout, improve our fitness and keep active. BUT, it’s the social side of what we are - the friendships, close bonds and mutual support, that makes this club special.

The team taking on Endure24 2026 in Leeds this weekend 🏃🏼 🏃🏻‍♀️

A 24-hr trail relay through forest and heathland that can be completed solo or as a team, with camping, eating and quaffing a few energising beverages thrown in!

This is a really popular event with SCF members and it’s great to come together outside our regular sessions and have fun, develop friendships and enjoy the amazing team spirit 🍻🤗🥳
