Rugby is about change of direction, getting off the mark and accelerating into space.
This drill had ALL of it. 🔥
But here’s the question…
👀 Did every player actually do it the way they should?
It’s easy to complete a drill.
It’s harder to complete it with the right technique, speed and intent.

Not perfect, but practice makes perfect.
Because defence doesn't get easier when you're tired that's when the standards matter most. 🔑
