Whether you are new to the gym and looking to work with someone to build confidence, or an experienced gym goer who is looking for that extra 1%, help is available.

We are also open to new members!

Fitness 500 is one of the only remaining gyms in St Helens with a women’s only area.

Our women’s only area is not only completely secluded from the main gym floor, it is also fully equipped with a range of equipment.

Cardio machines, resistance machines, free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, bars, floor equipment. Giving you the ability to carry out a full body workout, whilst feeling confident in your own private space.
