Timetable update for Brindisi.

The schedule has changed. Free practice is now at 11:00 local time, with drivers briefing moved to 09:30.

Qualifying remains unchanged. Q1 at 17:00, Q2 at 18:15, Q3 shootout at 18:30.

Round 2 F2 World Championship this weekend, with Ian Blacker in the driving seat in Brindisi, Italy 🇮🇹

The UIM F2 World Championship arrives in Brindisi for the Gran Premio d'Italia, with 17 boats on the entry list and two days of action ahead on the Adriatic harbour circuit.

Round 1 in Klaipeda set the tone for what looks like a tight season.

Mathilda Wiberg won the Grand Prix of Lithuania from lights to flag, with Peter Morin second and Edgaras Riabko third after a race spent lap after lap unable to see through Morin's spray on his visor.

Hilmer Wiberg dominated the first two qualifying sessions but was overhauled by his sister in the Q3 shootout, and finished fourth in the race.

Brindisi brings a similar field back together, with Wiberg looking to extend her championship lead and Riabko, Morin and both Hilmer Wiberg and Peter Morin all looking for a different outcome.

Scrutineering and administrative checks are today.

Qualifying is tomorrow, with the Grand Prix itself on Sunday evening at 18:30 local time.

Entry is free for spectators.

A weekend of exciting debuts, with the TeamKingfisher 250APX making its first appearance in the World Series, and Ian Blacker stepping into the driving seat for his F2 World Championship debut.

A solid performance all round saw us secure a P9 finish, providing the perfect foundation to build the rest of the season on 🏁👍

We’d like to thank everyone involved in hosting such a superb event - including all the organisers, officials, rescue teams and all our supporters. We’re looking forward to the next round in Italy 🇮🇹 and continuing to develop the boat and set-up throughout the championship! 🏁🇬🇧
