Took this earlier checking in on myself, the back is looking good, all the prep for this comp a few weeks ago has really been back heavy.

Looking forward to creating my new plan moving forward. Gone easy on myself last 2 weeks still moving training keeping it light, so raring to get back on it. I can't pose to save my life so forgive a ginger 😂
