Hi, I’m Paula and I teach 2 yoga classes in Rainford village suitable for everyone as I offer both chair based and mat based sessions.
There is no booking required, you can just simply come along and pay at the door. We have a really friendly group of around 15-20 chair yogis and 8-13 mat yogis every week. So if you are looking to start something new or get back into yoga then why not come along and find out more from our group.
Not feeling ready for a group? I also offer 1:1 yoga, Pilates and reformer from my home.

Chair yoga- Monday 1pm- now in the Scout Hut

Hatha Yoga- Thursday 10am- Scout Hut (you will need your own mat)
