Check out these handmade mindful plates! I love the philosophy behind them... being present when we eat.
These mindful plates serve not only our food, but serves to slow us down at meal times, and this has the virtuous effect...thinking about the nutritional balance of our meals. Time to invest more thought about preparing and enjoying a balanced meal.
The plates are based on Harvard research and are handcrafted locally by the talented Ministry of Pottery and Ceramics Affairs
