We were back to good old regular running last night - no eclipses, heatwaves or World Cup knockout matches to try and one up us! π π₯ β½οΈ
Great to have such a good turn out. Welcome to all the new faces that have joined us over the last few weeks - great to have you with us newbies! π

An absolutely monster turn out this week! With 56 people showing up we smashed our record for the most people at an MRC St Albans run, ever! π₯³ π
We took on Royβs Rumble in reverse, which gave us some steady elevation gain, but at least we avoided climbing back up Folly Lane π₯΅ π³

We started the day theshakespearemargate for a cheeky pre run beverage and a few bar snacks!
Incredible turn out for our first ever away day on the coast π massive thank you to Gareth Parker and Bombo Doughnuts for sorting us out with a route and pre / post run donuts too!

After a wonderful run along the coast and back, it was time to stop in thelastlightmargate for some much needed hydration - the floc and pink lemonade radler going down nicely here! π

A few more strides, and for what felt a lot more than our usual 5km, it was time to stop in drops.margate - we loved the great selection of beers and the Beak and Deya on tap! π§
