Today we’re taking you inside one of our THRESHOLD workouts and following Leon as he tackles the session from start to finish.

THRESHOLD training is designed to improve your ability to sustain higher-intensity efforts for longer periods of time. By combining extended cardiovascular intervals with functional strength movements, members learn to work efficiently whilst managing fatigue.

It’s not about going flat out.

It’s about finding that uncomfortable pace where real fitness improvements happen.

Over the last few years, Leon has completely transformed his health and fitness, losing over 60kg and becoming one of the most consistent members in our community. Sessions like this have played a huge role in developing the strength, fitness, and resilience he has today.
