So proud of these ladies. Having completed the 0-5k course they ran the Rothampsted parkrun this morning which is by no means an easy course including several uphill parts! Working together with encouragement and support resulted in a fantastic achievement. I’m looking forward to helping them continue with their running šŸƒā€ā™€ļø šŸ‘šŸŽ‰
