Fairfields Farm riding school and livery is a small and quiet yard based on the outskirts of Ryde on the Isle of Wight. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside offering many downland hacks and beach riding. We are licenced by the Isle of Wight Council (Ref LIC/24/1375/RIDEST) and are fully insured. We offer a fully personalised service catering for all ages and abilities. Including horse riding lessons, hacks, birthday parties, pony days, camps and other horse activities and experiences.

Huge congratulations to everyone who took part in our show yesterday. You all did so well and we witnessed some brilliant riding with some tough competition.

FINAL WEEK OF THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS!
Can you believe we’re already at the final week of the summer holidays?! Make the most of the sunshine, fresh air and time in the saddle at Fairfields!
We’ve got a fantastic week planned with something for everyone:

Plus, Group lessons and hacks, private 1:1 and Semi-Private lessons (30–45 mins) available throughout the week, along with Pony Club activities and our Thursday Adults’ Back in the Saddle Club!
Whether you’re looking to improve your riding, enjoy a holiday hack, keep the kids entertained or simply spend some time with the ponies, we’d love to see you!

Looking for something fun to do with the kids (or yourself!) this summer? We’ve got another action-packed week of riding at Fairfields.
From lessons and hacks to adventure hacks and our 5th show in our showjumping series, we cater to all ages and abilties:

THE 5-BAR CHALLENGE our riders were tested for straightness in this super challenge with the last jump reaching 95 cms at Pony Camp last week. Cheered on by the our very supportive crowd, didn’t they all do well. We are back to lessons this week. Call us on 07501 094087 to book!

Ciara is a lovely, kind pony with a sweet nature. Her current rider is soon to be outgrowing her, so she is now looking for a new home where she can continue to enjoy a happy and varied life.
Ciara thrives on routine, consistency and has lots to offer her next owner.
She is a great all rounder and enjoys a bit of everything, including pc, showjumping, XC and dressage. She can hack alone or in company and has enjoyed plenty of beach rides and farmland rides with her current rider.
Good for farrier, to catch, load, bath, groom, clip etc.
Ciara can be a little sharp on occasion, so she would be best suited to a confident, quiet and balanced child, rather than a complete novice.
