Throwback……..Sunday 😂🤣

This was last years beginners course majority stayed in with us till this very day and are pushing their first belts 🔵🔵 and some have competed and smashed it!

We’re now on our countdown to the 25th!

If you want to try it drop us a dm asap next Friday is our (unofficial deadline) as we need to order your kit etc.

We’re at 10 people so far let’s double it this week if you fancy it let’s have some fun.

Our longtime member and all round legend James Lewis has been shortlisted for a pride of Britain award for his amazing run from Africa he recently completed.

When we first met James we knew he was a special guy so to see this is amazing for our community In Rugeley and proud to have helped wherever we can.

Let’s all give James the love he deserves and hope he takes home the big prize on the night as he surely deserves it.
