What a week this week!

Monday, Kev will be leading the walk in Exmouth for Back and forth walk and talk exmouth

Tuesday sees us at Coventry Dementia Partnership Hub

Thursday is day, where this week we have Rob Newman on with us.

Friday night we are at Broadstreet Rugby Club for our social.

Saturday is the recently switched Houlton Rugby walk and at the same time Alex will be leading the walk.

Sunday we will be teaming up with Stay Strong United to take on an all star team from Ghetto Grub UK in aid of Mental Health.

All our events are free, except on Sunday there is an entrance fee as its a charity game, tickets can be bought on the gate or from here....https://bit.ly/3SWLGwq

From 1.00pm to 2.30pm, enjoy time outdoors, fresh air, gentle activities and the chance to slow things down in a supportive, welcoming space. These sessions are all about connecting with nature, boosting wellbeing and spending time with others in a relaxed environment.
