After a brilliant and successful weekend at the Summer Nations Tournament, we'd like to say a huge thank you to Southeast O50, London O50 and Wales O55.

Thank you for three competitive, challenging and enjoyable matches. Every game tested us in different ways, pushed us to raise our standards and gave us exactly the preparation we were looking for ahead of next month's WMH World Cup in Belgium.

Tournaments like this are only possible because of the commitment, passion and sportsmanship shown by every team involved, and we're grateful to have shared the weekend with you.

We wish you all the very best for the rest of the season and hope to see you all again soon.

A fantastic way to finish the tournament! 💙❤️

A 5–0 win over Wales O55s rounded off a brilliant weekend for the team.

We worked hard from the first whistle to the last, stuck to our game plan, and got the result we wanted. It was another strong team performance, with goals from Charlotte Cross, Judith Offer, Carole Quill and Julia Butterworth (2).

To finish the tournament unbeaten with three wins from three, plenty of goals and some excellent hockey is something we're incredibly proud of. More importantly, every game has helped us grow as a team, sharpen our play and build confidence ahead of next month's WMH World Cup in Belgium.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to support us, bought raffle tickets, donated and cheered us on throughout the weekend. Your support means so much.

Now the hard work continues as our focus turns to the World Cup. 🇬🇧🏑

It's the final day of the Summer Nations Tournament, and we're ready for one last challenge.

After two strong performances and back-to-back victories, we're looking to build on everything we've worked on this weekend. The team has grown with every game, and we're excited for one final opportunity to put all that progress into practice.

Another fantastic performance from the team! 💙❤️

A 3–0 victory over London O50 sees us make it two wins from two at the Summer Nations Tournament.

Goals from Sara White , Paula Nicholas and Julia Butterworth capped off a really strong team performance.

We built brilliantly on yesterday's work and took another big step forward. The team played with real confidence, moved the ball well and were much more clinical in front of goal, putting in one of our best performances together.

There's still plenty to work on, but we're delighted with the progress we've made over the last two days. Every game is helping us grow as a squad and prepare for the challenges ahead.

Now our focus turns to tomorrow's final game against Wales O55. We'll recover well, reset and look to finish the tournament with another strong performance.
