Rugby Gymnastics Club Gymnastics sessions for 18 months old to adult physical and psychological well-being.

Gymnastics is a disciplined sport involving a performance of exercises that require physical strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and balance. Gymnastics is an accessible and inclusive sport that offers children of all ability levels and ethnic groups the opportunity to learn in a safe and fun environment. Gymnastics develops health, fitness and social integration and also contributes towards forming the basis for physical literacy by developing fundamental movement skills.

East Midlands Regional Championships are complete!

Congratulations to our regional Champions:

Tilly B - FIG 2 Combined Champion
Eva A - Junior FIG Beam champion
Annie L - Beam, Bronze 13yrs
Ellie B - Bars, Bronze 14+yrs
Aria M - Floor, Bronze 14+yrs
Abi T - Beam & Floor Gold 16+yrs

In addition to these fantastic results, Abi will represent the East midlands at Gold level at national finals whilst Phoebe will be a part of the bronze team as the travelling reserve!

Finally - at the conclusion of today’s event, Rugby placed 3rd in the overall club team competition which was a fantastic result!
