Great classes tonight!

Well done everyone, Mighty Matts had a fun warmup where we focused on their listening skills and reaction speed.

We moved onto looking at their kicks in groups and worked on their evasion skills to beat the instructor and not get tagged as they switched groups. We finished practicing their hand techniques and a fun noodle ga.ecto finish

Family class started with a mixed mobility and fitness warmup. We then looked at their kicks breaking them down to make sure the techniques was correct before looking at them in linework. We finished with some self defense practice making sure we understand the application of our drills.

Really impressed with how well everyone worked together tonight. Keep up the great work.

Great clssses on Monday, we'll done everyone it was a warm one.
