Imagine the power of this uttering this to yourself.

Uttering it as you climb into the bath.
Uttering it as you put your body cream on
Uttering it when your limbs feel tired & achey
Uttering it when you are feeling joy, excitement & love!
Uttering it as you exercise, move & sweat
Uttering it as you touch a scar on your skin
Uttering it when you feel butterflies in your tummy or a pang of anxiety in your chest….

I utter this as a get on my mat - meeting my busy mind, my achey shoulder, my tight & tired muscles. I utter it to each version of myself, from day to day (& sometimes hour to hour!)

Thank you body. I love you body. ♥️

A wonderful day at The Human Collective Wellness Festival yesterday!

More again today - yesssss please!!!! 🙏🏼

So many amazing sessions, classes & workshops on offer, with live music, delicious food, a great vibe & Mindful market (I got some beautiful face & heart oil & local art yesterday!) AND all indoors & with AWESOME people!

Hey Beauties,

How are you? This summer has felt really full. I feel this & I have heard it over & over again…..

‘Full’ doesn’t necessarily mean good or bad.

For me, it’s been a summer of travel, family-time, days at home & a lot of planning.

My heart is full.
My mind feels full.
I have several very full to-do lists!
My calendar is full.
My hands are full.
My weekends are full.
My photo reel is full.
My phone storage is full.
The recycle bins are full!
It’s all feeling VERY FULL.

For some of us, some kind of balance occurs when our children return to school and we eventually fall into a familiar routine.

For others, maybe work feels more easeful and teams fuller.

Maybe we have a chance to catch our breath & life feels less ‘full’. Maybe…..

I’ll be diving into my ‘toolbox’ - noticing feelings over overwhelm, exhaustion, over stimulation….and taking the action to find balance.

I am realising that self-care is also the discipline to do the things that keep me well.

We spent a few lovely weeks with my precious in-laws in Australia 🇦🇺

It was a slow paced break - full of simple family days with lots of visits from Rob’a trio of Sisters, their partners, their kids & dogs 🐶

Let’s not forget daily (wildlife) visitors!

Nanny has a lemon 🌱 tree & lots of ripened lemons. After a morning out. We found the lemons lined up on the balcony railing - with pecked-out holes!

The Cockatoos had eaten all of the seeds in each lemon! 🍋

Ha! Who knew!?!?! 😊
