Hi everyone!

Little update, I have been discharged from hospital so am at home recovering. Still not sure of recovery time, so have cancelled all classes for the next 3 weeks. It is likely to take longer, but I will reassess again in a few weeks.

I’m so sorry for any inconvenience, but I need to focus on getting better. I have sent back any credits that had been used to book, but if they will expire before you are able to use them, let me know and I can send the cash back instead.

I know that the last couple of years have been a bit rocky health wise with me cancelling classes, but I’m hoping to be back to full health soon.

Hi team! Eventful weekend 🫣 I’m currently in QMC (again!) and have had to have emergency surgery, I’m definitely staying in overnight and potentially tomorrow night too. Not sure of the recovery time etc so will have to see what the consultant say on their round tomorrow morning.
Due to this, no classes this week, I’m so sorry. I’ll keep you informed.

Hi team! Reminder that there isn’t any Rockbox tonight as the hall isn’t available, however I’ve had a little incident with an avocado over the weekend resulting in a trip to a&e and a surgical procedure to reattach my nerve 🫣
Because of the incident I can’t drive at the moment and am signed off for 2 weeks. All being well classes will resume from 3rd September. I’m so sorry for any inconvenience. In the meantime, watch out removing stones from avocados 🥑 they are lethal!

Ruddington Rockbox crew! How are we feeling?! I know it’s super hot today and bookings are very low. If you are planning to come to class tonight, please get booked on ASAP so I can assess if it’s feasible or not.

I’m so sorry Rockbox crew, but no class this Monday the 22nd June. My husband has to work late as it’s the school play at his school and I had completely forgotten 😕
I’ll send back credits and see you the week after.
