A huge congratulations to our Gym Manager, Tom, who stepped on stage at the PCA Coventry this past weekend and brought home 2nd Place after an intense/last minute eight-week prep.
At Foundry Gym Rubery, we believe in leading by example. Whatever your goal, results come from showing up, staying consistent and being willing to do the hard things.
