I’M BACK at JD Gyms - Rotherham doing classes 🥳

Here’s my new schedule…

Burn: Athletic 18:30-19:15 FREE
Creating better movement for everyday actions.
Combination of body weight, weighted and cardio building strength, speed, agility and resilience

Glute Tone 11:30-12:30 £15pp max 4
Mastering weight lifting targeting your glutes, using progressive overload

Burn: Strength 18:30-19:15 FREE
Building muscle strength, endurance and confidence.
Expect focused work sets, challenging lifts and a max-effort finisher to push your limits

SATURDAY SWEAT 09:00-10:00 (week 4 will be longer) £5pp Using a mixture of Hyrox and Deadly Dozen movements testing your endurance and cardio limits.

Was proud I could do 5. Stopped doing them. Now I’m back on the band 🙃
