MASSIVE WELL DONE TO HARRY...taking on Hyrox in Warsaw...

Harry smashed a great time out of the park, even after recovering from a rolled ankle he sustained just two weeks ago...

The hard work he has put in over these last few months are true testiment to his finish time,...the power, strength, muscular endurance was all there waiting for him...

With Harry being relatively new to the event, he and Functional Fitness know there's still more to come...Watch this Space!!

FLASH BACK to last week's SUPER SET SATURDAY!!

Working with a pair of exercises, each complementing each other either through the same/similar muscle group and/or energy system...Along with jumping from one to the other with little to no rest is what makes this training "SUPER".

Here I demo just a few of the pairings, and what a tough few rounds they were...Heart and Lungs were on fire 🔥

The CIRCUIT included:

Seated Row to Lat Pull Down (BACK)

Leg Press to TRX Squat Jumps (LEGS)

Shoulder Press to TRX Bandit Frontal Raises (SHOULDERS)

Incline Dumbbell Press to TRX Chest Press (CHEST)

TRX Matt x 2 (Choice of ABDOMINAL workouts)

Well Done for everyone who took part, it was hard, it was epic, but you came out on top💪
