Young Sam working hard on learning to lift backspin and add another tool to his game. It’s brilliant to see our youngsters embracing new challenges and continuing to develop week after week.
That wraps up our summer sessions at Bramley before we return to our usual venue. A big thank you to Matjaž Šercer for his fantastic support and expertise throughout the summer. 👏🏓🦂

🏆 SUMMER LEAGUE DIVISION 1 CHAMPIONS! 🏆

Congratulations to the Rotherham Scorpions A team on being crowned Sheffield Summer League Division 1 Champions 2026! 🦂❤️🖤

The title was secured with a superb victory over closest rivals Vulcan A in a tense final match of the season, capping off an outstanding campaign.

A huge congratulations to Stephen Arliss, Mark Johnson, Peter Morgan and Liam Carson, who led the team to glory. Special mention goes to Mark Johnson, who completed the season with a phenomenal 100% individual record. 💯👏

The championship-winning squad was brilliantly supported throughout the season by Alex Bland, Chris Johnson, and Craig Hastie, with everyone playing their part in a fantastic team effort.

A well-deserved achievement—congratulations to everyone involved! 🏓🏆🦂❤️🖤
