Pat puts in the miles cycling weekly and wanted to increase fitness levels, not only for cycling but in general. Pat comes to see me to work on strength, flexibility and nutrition. Once these were addressed, everything fell back into place. Never a vanity issue but the photos show his progression in reducing BF % to levels where he feels at his best.
