Join me for an Autumn reset. Leaving the hot summer days behind and embracing the new season.
I will be offering an extended yoga class - 1 and a half hours long, including gentle yoga poses, slow, mindful movement and breathwork.
The extra half hour, will allow extra time to enjoy restorative poses and relaxation. Breathwork will be weaved through the class to enhance
your relaxation and help you to let go of the mental load and tension in the body.
You can expect to finish the class feeling calm, grounded and relaxed - both mentally and physically.
Stay on after class for a hot drink, cake and nibbles
If you have any injuries or disabilities, please chat with me before booking on to this session.
Please bring: Your mat, a small blanket, your water bottle, a small pillow and cosy socks.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time, to settle in

If you are new to yoga, or new to my classes, here is what to expect
in my classes:
A fun, flowing sequence of poses to energise.
Body-weight movement and excercises to strengthen your muscles which creates stability, helping make everyday tasks and movement easier. Core and balance work to improve and maintain your balance into old age.
Breathwork to calm the nervous system, helping you release stress and tension.
A safe, inclusive space where everybody is kind and welcoming🥰
