We only have two spaces left for our weekend yoga retreat to Fair Oak Farm on 3- 6 July 🧘♂️🧘
Lou and I are really looking forward to returning to this amazing location for our annual weekend of relaxation and yoga.
We have exclusive use of the Fair Oak Farm estate - a hidden gem in East Sussex that has won a number awards, most recently the Global Hospitality Awards 2024 "Best Country Retreat Venue in UK".
There will be yoga for everyone- no prior experience required, an immersive sound bath with Ellie - Phoenix Gongs and Jikiden Reiki Healing , wellbeing treatments with Dawn (Dawn of Beauty) and delicious food provided by local chef John (Cashew Catering)
As always, you can choose to do as much or as little as you like. There are local walks through the countryside and plenty of private and communual spaces, including an outdoor table tennis barn, a cinema and games room, and an infrared sauna.

Ever fancied a weekend in a traditional oast house? This beautiful 2-bedroom oast house is available to book during our weekend yoga retreat from 4-7 July at the stunning Fair Oak Farm in East Sussex 🌳🌳🌳
You can do as much or as little yoga as you like, chill in your own rooms, take a quiet country walk, or kick back in one of the communal areas. Delicious vegetarian meals wil be provided by a local chef.
Optional welbeing treatments are available from Dawn and Donna, and Ellie from Phoenix Gongs will be treating us to a soothing sound bath
